it is true that it is harder than it used to be because of voice mail, email, mass calling and over protective assistants. Still, we manage to obtain appointments for our very successful clients on a regular basis.

One of the things that helps us compensate for all the obstacles is automated dialing software. You simply upload a list of prospects and set up you dialing campaign, and the computer dials calls one after another. (Some can dial several at a time, but we don’t use that.) With an accurate list and a good presentation, companies still receive good appointments.
